Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an aluminum alloy conductor and a production process thereof. The aluminum alloy conductor is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1.0%-1.6% of iron, 0.20%-0.50% of copper, 0.10%-0.25% of magnesium, 0.10%-0.25% of rhenium, smaller than 0.06% of silicon and a mixture of chromium, vanadium, titanium and manganese, of which the total content is smaller than 0.01%. The aluminum alloy conductor is obtained by horizontal continuous casting-continuous extrusion or continuous casting, continuous rolling and stretching of the aluminum alloy conductor. The aluminum alloy conductor has the beneficial effects that the iron, the copper, the magnesium and the rhenium are added to aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy; the high-strength and high-conductivity aluminum alloy conductor is obtained through a non-thermal treatment mode; the comprehensive performance is good; the strength and the plasticity of the aluminum alloy are obviously strengthened; the ductility is not smaller than 3.0%; the conductivity is not smaller than 54.5% of IACS (international annealed copper standard); the tensile strength is greater than 325MPa. |
