CPU card issuing system and method based on SM1 cryptographic algorithm

The invention provides a CPU card issuing system and method based on the SM1 cryptographic algorithm. The system comprises a card issuing system server, a card issuing client, an ActiveX plug-in, a data cipher machine supporting the SM1 cryptographic algorithm, a CPU card reader and a CPU card supporting the SM1 cryptographic algorithm, wherein the CPU card issuing system server performs data interaction with the data cipher machine in a TCP client manner, the ActiveX plug-in is embedded in the card issuing client for use, the data cipher machine is used for sending card issuing instruction data to the CPU card in the ciphertext and MAC form of the SM1 algorithm, the card issuing client is used for managing the whole card issuing process and providing statistical and analytic functions. With the adoption of the system and the method, the storage security of a key and the transmission safety of the data writing process can be realized, and the card issuing system combined with the SM1 cryptographic hardware algorithm is a high-security system.
