The invention discloses a method for automatically generating a testing script. The method for automatically generating the testing script includes that S1, building a control library according to the attribute of a tested software control; S2, building a keyword library according to basic operation of the tested software control; S3, compiling a test case file; S4, when running the test case, dispatching the keyword library and/or control library according to the compiled test case file to automatically generate the testing script, and executing; S5, generating a testing report, wherein the testing report is generated through writing the obtained test result in the test case file. The method for automatically generating the testing script realizes to compile the test case so as to execute the testing script through using the keyword script technology, if the tested software corrects a control, the method only needs to correct the control library and keyword library in the testing script and does not need to correct the test case logic, the consistency between the test case file and testing script is guaranteed, and the maintenance for the test case file and testing script is reduced.
