Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an under-pressure temperature cycling testing platform for a heat exchanger. The under-pressure temperature cycling testing platform comprises a cold water tank, a hot water tank, two water outlet pipes, two reflowing pipes, a to-be-tested heat exchanger and a control box, wherein one ends of the two water outlet pipes are respectively communicated with the cold water tank and the hot water tank, water outlet valves are arranged on the water outlet pipes, the water outlet pipes are positioned at the rear ends of the water outlet valves and are all provided with pipeline pumps and high-pressure pumps in parallel, one-way valves are arranged behind the pipeline pumps and the high-pressure pumps, the other ends of the two water outlet pipes are communicated with a to-be-tested heat exchanger, the other end of the to-be-tested heat exchanger is respectively connected with the corresponding cold water tank and the corresponding hot water tank through the two reflowing pipes, reflowing valves are arranged on the reflowing pipes, temperature control systems are arranged in the cold water tank and the hot water tank, and the control box is respectively electrically connected with a temperature control system, the water outlet valves, the high-pressure pumps, the pipeline pumps and the reflowing valves. The testing platform can be used for performing a common temperature cycling fatigue-resistant test and also performing an under-pressure temperature cycling fatigue-resistant test, and is adjustable in testing pressure.
