The lighting device having the sampling circuit for the background wall comprises photosensitive diodes, light emitting diodes. a single chip, a frame and a piece of transparent glass; the photosensitive diodes are arranged in multiple rows and multiple rows of the photosensitive diodes are arranged in a parallel mode, a plurality of light emitting diodes are evenly arranged between two rows of photosensitive diodes being adjacent to each other; the output signal of the photosensitive diode is transmitted to the single chip, the single chip controls the brightness of the light emitting diodes according to the received signal, the transparent glass is embedded in the frame, and the single chip is also arranged in the frame; the photosensitive diodes and the single chip are orderly and serially connected with a sampling circuit, a filter circuit and an amplifying circuit; the sampling circuit comprises an operational amplifier A1, diode D1 and a slide rheostat R4. The eyesight is protected while watching the TV set.
