Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is an oil circuit of a power end pressure lubrication system of a reciprocating pump. The new power end pressure lubrication mode aims at overcoming the defects of the traditional lubrication mode, the reverse thinking design is performed on the structure, and accordingly the lubrication requirements of motion pairs arranged at a power end can be met, a crankshaft is convenient to machine, drilling on the crankshaft is avoided, and the strength of the crankshaft cannot be weakened. The lubricating oil from an oil tank passes through a gear oil pump, an oil filter and an overflow valve to be divided into two branches, wherein one branch of lubricating oil returns back to the oil tank after pressure adjustment through the overflow valve and the other branch of lubricating oil passes through a slide namely a guide plate, a cross head, a connecting rod small-head-tile, a cross head pin, a connecting rod body, a connecting rod large-head-tile and the crankshaft to return back to the oil tank. According to the oil circuit of the power end pressure lubrication system of the reciprocating pump, the crankshaft structure design is adopted, an oil hole is not drilled inside the crankshaft, and accordingly the machining difficulty of the crankshaft is reduced, the integral strength of the crankshaft is improved, and the bearing strength and the transmission power of the complete machine are effectively improved and the oil distribution of lubricating points is reasonably deigned to meet the lubrication and cooling requirements of working surfaces.
