Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a construction method of a super-long thin-wall color steel tile roof. The construction method comprises the steps of on-site manufacturing of super-long thin-wall color steel tiles, subsequent extension protection, double-machine double-beam hoisting protection and horizontal movement of the roof. The construction method is characterized in that during on-site manufacturing, a plurality of combined bearing platform idler wheel supports are additionally arranged as a subsequent extension protecting device; during vertical hoisting, a double-beam vertical hoisting balancing device is additionally arranged as a double-machine hoisting aid; during horizontal movement of the roof, a plurality of combined roof bearing traveling trolleys are additionally arranged for performing overall batched parallel bearing; the construction method comprises the following construction steps: (1) mounting a combined bearing platform; (2) manufacturing the super-long thin-wall color steel tiles on site; (3) mounting combined hoisting balancing beams; (4) vertically hoisting the super-long thin-wall color steel tiles in batches; (5) mounting a super-long thin-wall color steel tile roof transporting trolley; (6) horizontally moving the roof and positioning the super-long thin-wall color steel tiles. The construction method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the effect is enhanced by 1-2 times, the breakage rate is reduced to 1% to 2%, and the safety and quality are effectively controlled.
