Wear-resistant and weather-resistant rope coating

The invention discloses a wear-resistant and weather-resistant rope coating. The coating is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 15-30% of waterborne polyurethane resin, 1-5% of polytetrafluoroethylene, 1-3% of a hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber, 1-5% of sodium methylene dinaphthalenesulfonate, 0.1-2% of a sorbitan ester emulsifier, 0.02-1% of an organotin drying catalyst, 0.01-1% of an aminopropyl silane coupling agent and 53-82% of water. The coating has reasonable process formula; by using polytetrafluoroethylene as a wear-resistant agent, polytetrafluoroethylene is added into the rope, the wear-resistant property of the rope is maintained for a long time; by adopting the hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole-based compound as the ultraviolet absorber, the strong sunlight resistance and weather resistance of the rope are effectively ensured, and thus the service life of the rope is greatly prolonged; and by adopting waterborne polyurethane resin as a matrix, waterborne polyurethane resin is added so as to ensure that the rope, the wear-resistant agent and the ultraviolet absorber are combined for a long term and meanwhile, the waterborne polyurethane resin has the wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and anti-ultraviolet functions.
