Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for modifying cellulosic fibers by use of modifiers and belongs to the technical field of textile dyeing. The process for modifying the cellulosic fibers comprises the following steps: putting the cellulosic fibers into a container, adding water to the container, next, performing modification treatment on the cellulosic fibers by use of two cation modifiers, namely a small molecular quaternary ammonium salt cation modifier and a high molecular quaternary ammonium salt cation modifier, so as to obtain the modified cellulosic fibers after the completion of the modification treatment, wherein the small molecular quaternary ammonium salt cation modifier is a chlorinated triazine type quaternary ammonium salt compound, while the high molecular quaternary ammonium salt cation modifier is an epicholorohydrin-dimethylamine polymer. According to the process for modifying cellulosic fibers by use of the modifiers, two special modifiers are adopted, and the synergistic effect of the two modifiers is developed so that the modified cellulosic fibers can be dyed without salt and with low alkali in subsequent dyeing; as a result, the pollution is reduced, the cost is saved, and the process is simplified and the difficulty is reduced; and moreover, the process is good in modification and subsequent dyeing effects and suitable for industrial large-scale production. |
