An alkali-free treating fluid is adopted in cold-batch treatment, creased stripes and impressions cannot be produced easily, piling and steaming are not required, the production line is short, a nitrilotrimethylene triphosphonic acid, tin oxide and water-soluble lanolin mixed system is used as a hydrogen peroxide stabilizer, a very good bleaching effect is realized, fiber losses can be avoided, then the hard-skin effect of modal fibers is effectively improved through fumigation and synergism treatment, reactive dye can completely permeate the fabric when used for dyeing or printing, uniform coloring is guaranteed, a very good antibacterial effect is realized, the fabric touches slippery and is skin-friendly, and the preparation process is simple.
