Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-wearability polypropylene fiber BCF (Bulk Continuous Filament) and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of chemical fiber materials. The high-wearability polypropylene fiber BCF is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 2.0 to 3.0% of copper silicon powder master batch, 2.0 to 4.0% of color master batch, and 93.0 to 96.0% of high-melt-index fiber-grade polypropylene chip. The preparation method is that the high-wearability polypropylene fiber BCF is prepared by the one-step method and comprises the steps of metering, melting, spinning, cooling to crystallize, applying oil, stretching, expanding and deforming, cooling again, stranding network joints, and then winding into a winder; the copper silicon powder master batch is prepared by the following components in percentage by weight: 71.0 to 76.0% of copper silicon powder, and 24.0 to 29.0% of high-melt-index fiber-grade polypropylene chip, and the preparation method comprises the steps of performing weighing metering, mixing, injecting a melt into water for cooling, and then cutting the cooled strands into particles of a certain certification so as to obtain the copper silicon powder master. The preparation method has the advantages that the spinning processing mobility, the demoulding performance and the smoothness are enhanced, the surface glossiness is improved, the flame resistance and the wearability are raised, the expensive chinlon BCF can be replaced, and the competitiveness for the like products in international market is raised. |
