Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-corrosion resistance zinc-based alloy for hot dipping of steel wires. The alloy comprises the following components by mass percent: 3-15% of aluminum, 0.4-4% of magnesium, 0.03-0.3% of mixed rare earth cerium and lanthanum, 0.01-0.1% of titanium, 0.001-0.05% of boron and the balance of zinc, wherein the sum of impurities such as lead, iron and cadmium is not greater than 0.01% of the mass percent. The high-corrosion resistance zinc-based coated alloy produced according to the method has relatively good ductility and tenacity and is capable of satisfying more strict machinability requirements; compared with other alloy coatings, the corrosion resistance of the high-corrosion resistance zinc-based alloy is improved to a greater extent, and the corrosion resistant under the environment which is high in chlorine ion content is particularly improved. |
