Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method of producing cermets by virtue of a sintering method. The method comprises the following concrete production steps: preparing basic alloy powder into basic alloy matrix powder; burdening the basic alloy matrix powder and ceramic particles according to the volume ratio of (0.6-1) to 1, heating at a high temperature of 1000-1800 DEG C, mixing, enabling mixed powder to be in a flowable paste state in a vessel, and stirring for 10-50min by virtue of a mixer to form uniform matrix powder containing the ceramic particles; and charging the matrix powder into a graphite die, and adopting a hot-pressing sintering method with the sintering temperature to be 1000-1800 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 0.5-20h, wherein the pressure is 100-150kgf/cm . The produced cermets have the advantages of both metals and ceramics, are small in density, high in rigidity, good in wear resistance and good in thermal conductivity, can not crack in an embrittling mode due to shock chilling or shock heating and can be widely applied to places including shells of rockets, missiles and supersonic fighters as well as flame nozzles of combustion chambers.
