Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an efficient welding rod steel deoxidizing technological method and relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the technological field of carrying out welding rod steel deoxidizing in the continuous casting process. The method comprises the steps that molten steel obtained through refining enters a tundish, metallic aluminum is poured in the tundish impacting area before tundish casting, and meanwhile the height of the molten steel in the tundish is reasonably adjusted, so that the refining time of welding rod steel is effectively shortened, and the oxygen content in the molten steel is reduced. The method is easy and convenient to operate, and the production control difficulty is obviously lowered.
