Zusammenfassung: | The invention aims to provide a granulation technology of a wet ground rubber vulcanization accelerator. Composite polyvinyl acetate, liquid paraffin, a dispersant and water are uniformly mixed to be used as auxiliary materials. The auxiliary materials are proportionally injected into a granulator through compressed air at the speed of 40-80 mL/min so as to be mixed with a powdery material; then, granulation begins; after up to standard particle size, 1-5% of a dry material is added and agitation continues; and the granulated material is sent into a drying box to be dried so as to obtain a granulous product. The invention has beneficial effects as follows: according to the technology, wet ground rubber vulcanization accelerators with different water contents can directly be granulated by adjusting input ratio of the auxiliary materials; and water content of the product is qualified, and the drying operation of raw materials during the production process is reduced. By adding 1-5% of a dry ground rubber accelerator after granulation, conglutination and aggregation of the granular materials can effectively be prevented during the drying process. The finally-obtained rubber accelerator has advantages of uniform granules and moderate hardness, and water content of the product meets factory requirements. |
