Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-efficiency disc jet aerator, comprising a disc-shaped inner cavity and a disc-shaped outer cavity which are composed in a registration manner, wherein a plurality of groups of concentric inner nozzles and outer nozzles are correspondingly arranged on the peripheries of two cavities in a radical manner. The high-efficiency disc jet aerator is characterized in that an upper convex smooth surface air distribution structure is arranged on the outer surface of a roof of the inner cavity; a lower convex smooth surface hydraulic growth structure is arranged on the inner surface of the roof of the inner cavity; the top surface of the upper convex smooth surface air distribution structure protrudes towards an air inlet of the disc jet aerator; and the top surface of the lower convex smooth surface hydraulic growth structure on the inner surface of the roof of the inner cavity protrudes towards a water inlet of the disc jet aerator. According to the high-efficiency disc jet aerator, the air flow resistance is reduced; air is evenly distributed; the water flow resistance and the impact loss are reduced; vortex ribs are arranged on the inner nozzle and the outer nozzle, so that the gas, liquid and solid mixing rate of each nozzle is improved; the diffusion ability and the diffusion area are improved; the oxygen-transfer efficiency of the disc jet aerator is improved by about 25%; and the equipment structure is enhanced. |
