The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking ammonia nitrogen wastewater to be degraded entering a biochemical tank, filtering, decolorizing, carrying oil-out pretreatment, and diluting with distilled water to prepare 10-time, 8-time, 5-time, 2-time and 0-time wastewater diluted solutions for later use; (2) preparing a wastewater diluted solution culture medium of the ammonia nitrogen degradation composite strain; (3) preparing an ammonia nitrogen degradation composite strain solution; and (4) preserving and activating the ammonia nitrogen degradation composite strain solution. The method is mainly used in the field of treatment of high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater.
