Electromechanical device installing base and ship

The invention discloses an electromechanical device installing base and a ship. The electromechanical device installing base solves the problem that when a large electromechanical device in the prior art is installed, locating adjustment is limited. The electromechanical device installing base comprises a base body, fixing cushion blocks, adjusting bolts and nuts matched with the adjusting bolts. A panel for installing the electromechanical device is fixed on the base body. Adjusting bolt holes and fastener holes for fixing the electromechanical device are formed in the panel. The nuts are fixed above the adjusting bolt holes. The adjusting bolts penetrate through the nuts and the adjusting bolt holes, so that the tops of the adjusting bolts make contact with the base after the electromechanical device is in place. As the distance between the adjusting bolt holes and the fastener holes is larger than or equal to a half of the width of the fixing cushion blocks, interference of the fixing cushion blocks and rib plates is avoided, and each adjusting bolt can be rotated according to needs to locate the height direction of the electromechanical device accurately.
