The invention discloses a braking control method, device and system. In the scheme, the method comprises the following steps: if a braking system is started according to determination, determining whether an engine exhaust auxiliary braking system needs to be controlled to start braking or not according to an acquired accelerator signal and an acquired engine rotating speed when the pressure value of compressed air for the braking system to brake is not smaller than a first preset braking pressure value and an anti-lock braking system does not work according to determination; determining whether the vehicle speed is not smaller than a first preset vehicle speed or not at the intervals of set unit durations from a moment when the engine exhaust auxiliary braking system starts braking; if so, determining braking accelerations within corresponding set unit durations; when the absolute value of the braking acceleration is smaller than a preset braking acceleration according to determination, starting a non-started auxiliary braking system and controlling the currently-started auxiliary braking system to brake. Therefore, the coordinated control of each braking subsystem including each auxiliary braking system in the braking system is realized, and the effect and safety of braking control are enhanced.
