Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a quartz powder/expanded vermiculite composite casting coating which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 45-55 parts of quartz powder, 20-30 parts of expanded vermiculite, 30-40 parts of mineral waste residue, 0.6-1.3 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-3 parts of polyethylene methyl ether methacrylate, 3-6 parts of nano-sized magnesium hydroxide, 14-18 parts of cottonseed hull, 2-3 parts of magnesium chloride, 1.2-3.1 parts of aluminium dihydrogen phosphate, 2-4 parts of rosin, 50-60 parts of ethanol and 3-6 parts of an auxiliary agent. The casting coating provided by the invention has good chemical stability and suspensibility. Meanwhile, hardness of the casting coating is also effectively enhanced. During production process, occurrence rate of a scour trough is greatly reduced, and defects of sand burning, sand inclusion, blowholes and the like on casting surface are effectively prevented and reduced. |
