Visual inspection device for sorting machine

The invention relates to a visual inspection device for a sorting machine. According to the visual inspection device for the sorting machine, a rotation platform is configured to drive four stations to be switched between a feeding/ discharging device and a detection device, and a carrying platform is configured to limit a rotary shaft of the rotation platform to rotate in the rotation space of the rotation platform and makes the rotation space keep vacuum airtightness. The carrying platform further comprises a body, four sliding blocks and four springs. The body is provided with four sliding spaces distributed in a right-angle mode. The adjacent sliding blocks contact with each other. The sliding blocks are configured to slide in the corresponding sliding spaces and limited in the perpendicular directions through limit grooves of the sliding spaces. Each sliding block is provided with a rear end surface opposite to the rear wall of the corresponding sliding space and a front end surface opposite to the rear end surface, and the front end surface is in a shape of a 90-degree arc to make the four sliding blocks define the round rotation space jointly. The springs are configured to be respectively limited between the rear walls of the corresponding sliding spaces and the corresponding sliding blocks. The visual inspection device for the sorting machine has the advantages of being good in airtightness, low in cost, long in service life and the like.
