Multi-roll coating system

The invention discloses a multi-roll coating system which is characterized by comprising a bottom framework, bottom slide tracks fixed on the bottom framework, a metering roll rack mounted on the bottom slide tracks, a metering roll with two ends fixed on the metering roll rack, a transfer roll rack mounted on the bottom slide tracks and located on the rear side of the metering roll rack, a transfer roll with two ends fixed on the transfer roll rack, an arc-shaped coating mold arranged on the metering roll rack and a coating roll arranged on the rear side of the transfer roll, wherein the arc-shaped coating mold can slide leftwards and rightwards above the metering roll in the axial direction of the metering roll. Continuous and accurate gluing of two-component reaction type hot melt glue on a wide coiled material is realized, the production requirements of the market for the process are met, and the multi-roll coating system can be used for coating of two-component glue solution and one-component glue and is wide in adaptability.
