Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a double-inlet oblique helicoid cyclone separator, comprising an exhaust pipe, a cyclone barrel body, a truncated cone barrel and an ash bucket, wherein a first gas inlet pipe and a second gas inlet pipe are arranged at the top of the cyclone barrel body; the first gas inlet pipe comprises a first helical section and a first straight pipe section; the first helical section is connected with the cyclone barrel body; the first straight pipe section is connected with the first helical section; the angle formed by the first straight pipe section and the top surface of the cyclone barrel body is equal to a lift angle of the first helical section; the structure of the second gas inlet pipe is the same as that of the first gas inlet pipe; and the first gas inlet pipe and the second gas inlet pipe are rotationally symmetric around the axis of the cyclone barrel body. According to the double-inlet oblique helicoid cyclone separator, the resistance for the gas entering the cyclone separator is reduced; short-circuit flow below the exhaust pipe is reduced; eddy airflow at the top of the separator is avoided; and the separation efficiency is high. |
