The external-application traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises traditional Chinese medicine ingredients such as 3-50g of rhizoma atractylodis, 5-15g of rheum officinale, 3-15g of rhizoma anemones altaicae, 20-50g of polygonatum rhizome, 10-20g of wrinkled giant hyssop, 5-15g of cortex dictamni, 10-50g of potentilla chinensis and 30-50g of red sage root. The traditional Chinese medicine ingredients are raw traditional Chinese medicine powder or traditional Chinese medicine extract of which the amount is equal to that of medicinal ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicines.
