The automatic watering flowerpot comprises an outer pot, an inner pot, a controller, a drip irrigation spray head, a water pipe, a small-sized electromagnetic valve, an elastic water storage film, a soil moisture detection probe and a power supply module, wherein the elastic water storage film is arranged at the inner bottom of the outer pot; the inner pot is arranged in the outer pot in a sleeving way; the soil moisture detection probe is arranged at the inner bottom of the inner pot; the water pipe is arranged in the inner pot; one end of the water pipe is connected to the inside of the elastic water storage film through a through hole formed in the bottom of the inner pot; the drip irrigation spray head is arranged at the other end of the water pipe; the small-sized electromagnetic valve is arranged on the joint between the water pipe and the elastic water storage film; the controller is arranged on the inner wall of the outer pot, and is connected with the small-sized electromagnetic valve and the soil moisture detection probe respectively; the power supply module is connected with the controller, the small-sized electromagnetic valve and the soil moisture detection probe respectively, and is used for supplying electric power to the controller, the small-sized electromagnetic valve and the soil moisture detection probe.
