The circuit unit mainly comprises a novel QOEMUX module which comprises a first NMOS pipe, a second NMOS pipe, a third NMOS pipe, a fourth NMOS pipe, a fifth NMOS pipe, a sixth NMOS pipe, a seventh NMOS pipe, a first PMOS pipe, a second PMOS pipe, a third PMOS pipe, a fourth PMOS pipe, a fifth PMOS pipe, a sixth PMOS pipe and a seventh PMOS pipe. The SIXETFF circuit unit has the advantages that under the premise that correct functions are guaranteed, compared with a current circuit, 20 MOS pipes are saved, circuit complexity is lowered, analysis shows that a key route is shortened by half compared with the current circuit, the lengths of input-output routes of the circuit unit are the same, the problem that in the current circuit, the lengths of the input-output routes are not even is avoided, and circuit performance is improved.
