The SIXETFF circuit unit has the advantages that under the premise that correct functions are guaranteed, compared with a current circuit, 20 MOS pipes are saved, circuit complexity is lowered, analysis shows that a key route is shortened by half compared with the current circuit, the lengths of input-output routes of the circuit unit are the same, the problem that in the current circuit, the lengths of the input-output routes are not even is avoided, and circuit performance is improved.
