The safety ratchet mechanism comprises a ratchet and a positioning plate, wherein the ratchet is coaxially connected with the twisted rope wheel, the plate body of the positioning plate is hinged to the side wall of the frame, a pawl matched with the ratchet is arranged at the front end of the positioning plate, a protruding portion is arranged at the end, away from the pawl, of the positioning plate, a through hole penetrating through the protruding portion and the portion, corresponding to the protruding portion, of the positioning plate is formed in the protruding portion, a positioning rod is arranged in the through hole, a positioning protrusion matched with the positioning hole in the side wall of the frame is arranged at the front end of the positioning rod, and the safety ratchet mechanism further comprises a torsional spring which makes the pawl and the ratchet tightly meshed. Due to the adoption of the structure, the portable aloft lifting device has the advantages of being small in size, light in weight, easy to install, high in work efficiency, simple in structure and high in adaptability and safety.
