The mechanical tuning Q system is characterized in that the system comprises a pumping semiconductor laser with tail fibers, the output tail fibers of the pumping semiconductor laser are connected to a pumping input end opening of an optical fiber beam combiner, an output optical fiber end opening of the optical fiber beam combiner is connected with a high-reflectivity optical fiber prague raster, the other end of the raster is welded to ytterbium-doped double-cladding layer optical fibers, the other ends of the ytterbium-doped double-cladding layer optical fibers are welded to a low-reflectivity optical fiber prague raster arranged on polarization maintaining optical fibers in a written mode, the mechanical tuning Q system for modulating laser pulse output is arranged between the ytterbium-doped double-cladding layer optical fibers and the low-reflectivity optical fiber prague raster, a piezoelectric element in the mechanical tuning Q system is controlled by a drive circuit, a modulation signal drive circuit is used for driving the piezoelectric element to periodically press the optical fibers in a cavity so as to modulate the polarization direction of the optical fibers in the cavity, and the other end of the low-reflectivity optical fiber prague raster is the output end of the optical fiber laser.
