PREPARATION PROCESS OF CHLORINATED RARE-EARTH BY USE OF RARE-EARTHY SLAG AS RAW MATERIALS

The present invention relates to a production process of rare earth compound, in particular it is a technological method applicable to preparation of chlorinated rare-earth from rare-earth slag by use of a wet process. The said technological process comprises hydrochloric acidic separation of the rare-earth slag, sulphuric acid infusion, extraction of acidic phosphors, hydrochloric acid back-extraction, concentration and crystallization, thereby making the mixed chlorinated rare-earth product. The said invention comprehensively uses the rare-earth slag resources to extract the chemical raw materials whose consumption is high and price is expensive. Its technological flowing process is short, equipment is simple, investment is low, and it can quickly produce the desired results, and its production cost can be reduced by more than 30%.
