The warehouse data processing system comprises a handheld terminal and a database server, and the handheld terminal is connected with the database server and used for scanning goods information and/or storage location codes, obtaining inventory data including the goods information and/or the storage location codes from the database server and performing warehouse data processing on the inventory data according to the scanned goods information and/or the storage location codes. As the handheld terminal scans the goods information and/or the storage location codes and performs warehouse data processing on the inventory data according to the scanned goods information and/or the storage location codes, the mobile and portable inventory data processing can be achieved.
