Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a constant-linear-velocity control system for ceramic fiber preparation. The constant-linear-velocity control system comprises a monitoring station, a bus controller, servo drivers, a constant-linear-velocity filament pay-off machine, a constant-linear-velocity drawing machine and a constant-tension filament take-up machine, wherein the monitoring station is connected with the bus controller, the bus controller is connected with the servo drivers through communication lines, and the multiple servo drivers are connected with the constant-linear-velocity filament pay-off machine, the constant-linear-velocity drawing machine and the constant-tension filament take-up machine through communication lines respectively. The constant-linear-velocity control system has the advantages that passive control is converted into active control, and the method is higher in response speed and precision; a constant-linear-velocity drawing method is adopted according to the characteristics of ceramic fibers, and therefore it is avoided that the fibers are torn off due to overlarge tension or sudden fluctuation, and consequently product quality is affected. As is proven in operation, the control system is reasonable in design and correct in execution element selection, has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in automation degree and response speed and the like, and greatly improves the production quality and productivity of the ceramic fibers.
