Closed-loop control system of active filament supplying machine

The invention provides a closed-loop control system of an active filament supplying machine. The system comprises a touch screen, a PLC, servo drivers, servo motors, a tension detection device, a distance measuring device, a filament paying-off machine traction roller and a fiber filament cutter. The touch screen is arranged on the PLC connected with the multiple servo drivers through communication lines, the servo drivers are connected with the servo motors through communication lines, and the first servo motor is connected with the filament paying-off machine traction roller. The tension detection device is connected with the PLC, and the second servo motor is connected with the fiber filament cutter. The distance measuring device is connected with the PLC. The closed-loop control system can effectively control filament paying-off tension of a filament taking-up machine in the filament paying-off process so that the tension can be kept constant, and the functions of monitoring the length of fibers and breaking filaments are achieved; the working quality and efficiency of the machine are improved.
