Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a pixel structure and a display panel. The pixel structure comprises a scanning line, a data line, a first driving element, a pixel electrode, signal line, a second driving element, a common electrode, and a storage capacitor. The first driving element is electrically connected with the scanning line and the data line. The pixel electrode is electrically connected with the first driving element. The signal line is electrically connected to the common electrode. The second driving element is electrically connected with the scanning line and the signal line. The common electrode is electrically connected with the second driving element. The storage capacitor is located between the first and second driving elements, wherein one end of the storage capacitor is electrically connected to the first driving element and the other end of the storage capacitor is electrically connected to the second driving element.
