Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a molecularly imprinted membrane modified glass carbon electrode from PEDOT/methacrylic acid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) burnishing a glass carbon electrode by respectively using metallographic abrasive paper, then polishing to obtain a mirror surface by using Al2O3 powder of 0.5 micrometer and 0.3 micrometer, flushing redundant polishing powder, and then ultrasonically cleaning the obtained mirror surface sequentially by using water, a 1:1 nitric acid solution, absolute ethyl alcohol and the water; (2) mixing the PEDOT, the methacrylic acid, AIBN and EGDMA in an oscillating manner according to a certain volume ratio to obtain a uniform and stable compound solution, then sucking the compound solution by using a pipette, dropping the compound solution on the surface of the glass carbon electrode, and placing the glass carbon electrode with the compound solution into a constant-temperature drying box at 60 DEG C so as to obtain the PEDOT/methacrylic acid modified glass carbon electrode. |
