The invention relates to a multilayer plant propagule sampling device for a diversion canal water body of a mountain river diversion-type hydropower station. The multilayer plant propagule sampling device comprises at least one sampling unit. The sampling unit comprises a splicing upright tube and a movable filtering device, wherein the movable filtering device and the splicing upright tube are detachably mounted, and the movable filtering device is arranged on the splicing upright tube; sampling units are spliced by the splicing upright tubes. According to the multilayer plant propagule sampling device for the diversion canal water body of the mountain river diversion-type hydropower station, the multiple sampling units are spliced to reach a required length through the connection of the splicing upright tubes according to implementation requirements, and theoretically, the spliced sampling units can be suitable for all depths of water, and even can be lengthened infinitely. The movable filtering device is of an independent structure and can be also infinitely increased on the upright tubes by utilizing movable clamps. The multilayer plant propagule sampling device can be used for conveniently and quickly sampling different layers of plant propagules in the diversion canal water body of the mountain river diversion-type hydropower station in situ.
