Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a sensing module. The sensing module comprises a sensing device, a voltage generation device, a compensation device and a voltage control device. The sensing device comprises a first reference end and a second reference end. The compensation device is coupled between the second reference end and one voltage reference end. The voltage control device is respectively coupled to the first reference end, the second reference end and the voltage generation device. The voltage control device is used for outputting first voltage signals to the first reference end according to reference voltage signals generated by the voltage generation device and pace voltage of the compensation device. The temperature change of the impedance of the compensation device is positively related to the temperature change of the impedance of the sensing device. The temperature change of the sensitivity of the sensing device is negatively related to the temperature change of the reference voltage signals. In such a way, the characteristic that the sensing device is drifting along with temperature is compensated.
