Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a measuring mechanism for gaskets between a differential and half axle gears. The measuring mechanism is characterized in that the measured differential is vertically and fixedly arranged; an upper measuring unit and a lower measuring unit are arranged at the positions coaxial with the half axle gears in the measured differential respectively; a pair of shifting fork units is arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode with the axis of the half axle gears as the center; by using the pair of shifting fork units, the upper half axle gear and the lower half axle gear abut against the inner end face of a differential shell through vertical poking of the shifting forks respectively, the upper measuring unit and the lower measuring unit are used for detection to obtain relative position information when the differential is in a rotating or stopping state and located between the upper half axle gear and the lower half axle gear under the poking control of the pair of the shifting fork units, and therefore the thickness of the gaskets of the half axle gears is obtained. The measuring mechanism is used for accurately measuring the gaskets located between the half axle gears and the differential so that the gaskets can be selected accurately according to the requirement of the measured thickness, and therefore the product quality and the production efficiency are improved. |
