A conical plug gauge is inserted into the gap between the cavity benchmark surface and the accelerator pedal installation nut plate, the size of the gap value is detected through the conical plug gauge, and if the obtained gap value is out of a designed gap value range, it is proved that the flatness degree of the accelerator pedal installation nut plate exceeds the standard. The detection device of the accelerator pedal installation nut plate can rapidly detect the flatness degree and whether the positions of the bolt via holes are correct, and is high in work efficiency.
