Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a gradient recycling and heat utilization device for waste heat of kiln slag of a zinc volatizing kiln. The gradient recycling and heat utilization device comprises a high-temperature fluidized bed (1), an intermediate-temperature fluidized bed (2) and a low-temperature fluidized bed (3). A square discharging opening is formed in one kiln wall of each fluidized bed, a row of auxiliary air blasting openings are evenly formed in the kiln wall opposite to each discharging opening, a low-temperature air pipe (4) is communicated with an air discharging opening in the top of the low-temperature fluidized bed (3) and an air inlet of a draught fan (21) of the intermediate-temperature fluidized bed (2), an intermediate-temperature air pipe (5) is communicated with an air discharging opening in the top of the intermediate-temperature fluidized bed (2) and an air inlet of a draught fan (11) of the high-temperature fluidized bed (1), the discharging opening of the high-temperature fluidized bed (1) is a feeding opening of the intermediate-temperature fluidized bed (2), and the discharging opening of the intermediate-temperature fluidized bed (2) is a feeding opening of the low-temperature fluidized bed (3). The gradient recycling and heat utilization device can be used in recycling and heat utilization sites for the waste heat of the kiln slag of the zinc volatizing kiln. Application shows that the temperature of waste slag is lower than 100 DEG C, the temperature of preheated air ranges from 850 DEG C to 900 DEG C, the zinc-leaching residue smelting coke unit consumption is reduced by 10% to 15%, and the kiln slag heat recovery rate is higher than 70%.
