Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an energy-saving industrial air conditioner in industrial refrigerating equipment. The energy-saving industrial air conditioner is provided with a shell. A finned heat exchanger filled with cold water is arranged in the shell, and a vortex fan with the air outlet directly facing the finned heat exchanger is fixed to the upper part of the finned heat exchanger. A water inlet in the bottom of the energy-saving industrial air conditioner is connected with a water source, and water enters a cooling machine to circulate and then is discharged through a water outlet. Cold is generated when the water circulates, and therefore the temperature in a control box can be lowered.
