Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an LED light module. The LED light module comprises a graphite substrate, a printed circuit board tightly attached to the lower side of the graphite substrate, and an aluminum substrate, wherein through holes allowing pins of LED lamp beads to penetrate through are formed in the graphite substrate, heat dissipation holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the LED lamp beads arranged on the graphite substrate, of the printed circuit board, the LED lamp beads are evenly arranged on the graphite substrate, the pins penetrate through the graphite substrate to be connected with the printed circuit board, heat transfer is conducted between lamp bead bodies and the aluminum substrate through the graphite substrate and the heat dissipation holes in the printed circuit board, and an annular groove is formed in the side, making contact with the printed circuit board, of the aluminum substrate along the edge of the aluminum substrate. Due to the fact that the graphite substrate with high thermal conductivity is adopted to serve as the substrate bearing the LED lamp beads and the circuit board used for realizing circuit functions and the aluminum substrate used for heat dissipation are arranged behind the graphite substrate, generated heat can be dissipated quickly, heat dissipation efficiency is improved greatly, and the service life of LEDs is prolonged effectively.
