An inlet flange (1) and an outlet flange (17) are mounted at a feeding hole and a discharging hole of a valve body (6); a left rotating shaft (25) and a right rotating shaft (9) are mounted on the valve body (6); the right rotating shaft (9) is connected to an output shaft of a speed reducing box (12); the speed reducing box (12) is connected to a motor (10); the right rotating shaft (9) and the left rotating shaft (25) positioned inside a valve cavity (18) are connected to a spherical valve core (5); a U-shaped or V-shaped groove (4) is formed in the spherical valve core (5); an inlet seal ring spring device (2), an inlet seal ring (3), an outlet seal ring spring device (16) and an outlet seal ring (21) matched with the spherical valve core (5) are respectively arranged in the valve cavity (18) and positioned at the feeding hole and the discharging hole of the valve body (6) to integrally form the automatic feeding or discharging valve. The automatic feeding or discharging valve is high in sealing degree and resistant to high temperature and corrosion, automatic feeding and discharging are realized, the amount of workers is reduced, and the automatic feeding or discharging valve is environment-friendly and efficient.
