Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-compression-ratio gas bearing linear compressor which comprises a piston, a gas cylinder, a transition flange and a compression flange, wherein a gas flow channel is arranged between the piston and the gas cylinder to form an aerostatic bearing for supporting the piston; a first compression cavity is defined by the transition flange, the piston and the gas cylinder; a second compression cavity is defined by the compression flange and the transition flange; a pressure control valve is arranged at a center hole of the transition flange; a gas inlet of the pressure control valve is connected with the first compression cavity; and a gas outlet of the pressure control valve is connected with the second compression cavity. According to the compressor, the aerostatic bearing is used for supporting the piston; with the adoption of the pressure control valve, the piston and the gas cylinder achieves a gas lubrication effect to achieve no-wear supporting; furthermore, the pressure control valve well controls pressure in the first compression cavity to allow the pressure to reach opening pressure of the pressure control valve, so that an output compression ratio of the compressor is greatly increased; and a foundation is laid for providing high-compression-ratio high-pressure gas for an expansion machine for working. |
