The inlet-outlet end is provided with an inlet and an outlet, a lower piston and a lower piston rod are arranged in the lower piston cylinder, a lower transverse rod is arranged on the lower piston, the lower end of the lower piston rod is connected with the lower transverse rod in a rotatable mode, an upper piston and an upper piston rod are arranged in the upper piston cylinder, an upper transverse rod is arranged on the upper piston, the upper end of the upper piston rod is connected with the upper transverse rod in a rotatable mode, and a crank ring is arranged on the crank and divided into a ball cavity, a lower cavity body and an upper cavity body. After the structure is adopted, the upper piston and the lower piston can vibrate in a reciprocating mode by rotating the crank, the inlet and the outlet are accurately aligned with the suction side and the compression side all the time, a valve is not needed accordingly, the structure is simple, cost is low, and popularization is facilitated.
