Zusammenfassung: | An electric control pressurizer exhaust gas bypass controller used for a gas turbine comprises a shell, an inserting hole, a motor and a control unit, wherein an exhaust gas bypass valve rod is installed in the inserting hole in a sliding mode, the motor is installed in a cavity in the shell, a gear is installed on an output shaft of the motor, and the control unit is installed at the open end of the shell in a sealed mode. An engine control unit processes an accelerator signal, a vehicle speed signal and a gas inlet pipe pressure signal, adjusts the pressurizing pressure needed by an engine and transmits a motor driving signal and an opening signal for an exhaust gas bypass valve to the control unit through a wire harness, and the motor rotates by a certain angle according to an instruction and drives the exhaust gas bypass valve rod to ascend by a certain distance to reach the needed opening. As the opening of the exhaust gas bypass valve is adjusted in real time according to the actual operation working condition of the engine, the low-speed gas consumption of the gas turbine can be reduced, and the transient responsiveness of the gas turbine is improved. As gear transmission is adopted, the problem that a diaphragm of a traditional diaphragm type exhaust gas bypass controller is damaged is solved. |
