The invention relates to a construction treatment method for an underground diaphragm wall meeting with boulders. The construction treatment method is characterized by comprising the construction steps of wall guidance, mud protection, grooving construction and concrete pouring. In the diaphragm wall grooving construction process, when the diaphragm wall meets with boulders, according to the processing scheme, the number of grooving machines, the number of percussion drills and the number of geological drilling rigs are increased so that work efficiency can be improved; or, a geological drilling rig advance borehole is utilized for guiding first-open-width selection after detecting the boulders, so that the boulder effect degree is reduced; or, when the diaphragm wall meeting with the boulders, the grooving machine can be used for direct grabbing; or the percussion drill is utilized for first percussion; or, deep hole blasting is adopted for breaking and cutting the boulders or rock, and the percussion drill is used for conducting percussion again; or a full-rotation casing pipe drilling machine is adopted for treatment, and the full-rotation casing pipe drilling machine can be adopted for follow-up and high-frequency percussion for remaining boulders which cannot be treated by deep hole blasting and the percussion drill.
