The invention discloses a screw anchor type comb plate retractor device of a simply supported base. The screw anchor type comb plate retractor device of the simply supported base comprises a fixed tooth plate, a movable tooth plate and water-stop belts, and is characterized in that comb teeth of the fixed tooth plate and comb teeth of the movable tooth plate are crossed with one another and are placed on an anti-falling steel plate; the rear end of the movable tooth plate and the rear end of the fixed tooth plate are respectively arranged on two anchoring bases and are fixedly connected to each other via a bolt; the anti-falling steel plate is welded to the bottom surface of a comb tooth section of the movable tooth plate and is arranged on a sliding base in a slidable connection manner; each anchoring base consists of a plurality of nut seats, an anchoring vertical plate and angle bars or a bottom plate which are welded to one another; and the water-stop belts are arranged on two inner sides of one of the anchoring bases and two inner sides of the sliding base. Compared with the prior art, the screw anchor type comb plate retractor device of the simply supported base has the advantages that assembling and verifying are finished in a factory, field workload is reduced, the mounting quality is improved, the service life is prolonged, and the field mounting, repairing and changing speed is increased.
