Zusammenfassung: | Belonging to the technical field of aluminum electrolysis, the invention especially relates to an anode ledge elimination agent and a use method thereof. Technically, the invention aims to provide an agent able to raise ledge temperature and eliminate ledge through temperature rise. In order to solve the problem, according to the provided technical scheme, the elimination agent comprises the following components by weight: 1-5% of NaF, 5-50% of Al2O3, 5-70% of Al, 1-20% of LF, 1-20% of KF, 1-5% of Fe, and 1-5% of SiO2. After adding the elimination agent to a ledge part, the ledge temperature can be raised, the electrolyte liquid temperature at the ledge can be lowered, and the degree of superheat between the electrolyte body and the ledge can be increased, thus promoting rapid melting of the ledge. |
