The low-temperature HB450-grade duplex structure wear-resistant steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.20%-0.28% of C, 0.90%-1.40% of Si, 1.30%-1.60% of Mn, not more than 0.013% of P, not more than 0.012% of S, 0.50%-0.80% of Cr, 0.20%-0.50% of Mo, 0.005%-0.025% of Ti, 0.001%-0.003% of B, 0.02%-0.05% of V, 0.020%-0.050% of Als, 0.050%-0.0080% of N, and the balance of Fe and trace impurity elements. Compared with the same level of wear-resistant steels at home and abroad, the alloy disclosed by the invention is low in cost and relatively excellent in performance, and belongs to resource-saving steels; the production process is simplified; the problem of matching of strength and plasticity of a single-phase martensite wear-resistant steel is solved; and the economic benefits and social benefits are significant.
