Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a two-grade curing vanadium extraction method for stone coal vanadium ores. The two-grade curing vanadium extraction method comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, crushing and grinding the stone coal vanadium ores, adding water and concentrated sulfuric acid into the crushed and grinded mineral powder, and stirring evenly to obtain a mixture; (2) curing the mixture at a higher curing temperature to obtain a clinker, then leaching the clinker with water, and carrying out liquid-solid separation to obtain a first-grade vanadium-containing leaching solution and first-grade leaching residues; (3) directly curing the first-grade leaching residues by heating at a low temperature under the condition of adding no additional concentrated sulfuric acid or water to obtain a clinker, leaching the clinker with water, and carrying out liquid-solid separation to obtain a second-grade vanadium-containing leaching solution and second-grade leaching residues; (4) mixing the first-grade vanadium-containing leaching solution with the second-grade vanadium-containing leaching solution. By adopting the two-grade curing vanadium extraction method provided by the invention, the adverse effect of a curing side reaction on vanadium extraction is effectively reduced, the leaching efficiency of vanadium is greatly improved on the basis of the traditional curing vanadium extraction technology, the cost is controllable and the utilization rate of energy resources is high. |
